Often I incorporate fragments of textbooks, literature, etc., in my work. Sometimes these fragments offer fitting titles. I'm also often asked what the meaning of the numbers are in particular paintings. I typically like a certain degree of randomness, and in this case, they often are the image number of the photo I'm using as a reference.
